We are in urgent need of a Salesforce Integration Technical Lead for the client project that is starting ASAP. Are you comfortable with the below reqt?

Salesforce Field Service Management Integration Technical Lead                   

Duration 12+ Months

 

Responsibilities

1.       Ability to Solution and maximize out of the box product capability and ensure that Salesforce application design best practices are followed

2.       Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a technical aspect

3.       Provide oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution

4.       Provide recommendations/validations of the technical implementation of a solution

5.       Conduct technical design and application code reviews for the project as necessary

6.       Author the Technical Design documentation

7.       Architect complex technical Cloud CRM solutions.

8.       Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce/Force.com.

9.       Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce and Force.com.

10.   Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).

11.   Running workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code.

12.   Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.

13.   Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

14.   Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.

15.   Oversee code reviews.

16.   Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers.

Requirements:

1.       3 years of Salesforce specific project experience in a technical leadership role

2.       Expert understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and how to extend it

3.       Expert understanding of the Salesforce Data Security/Sharing Model

4.       Expert understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning

5.       Understanding of Enterprise & Salesforce specific integration design patterns

6.       Field Service Lightning experience and Field Service Lightning trailhead badge

7.       Ability to lead a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments

8.       Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problems

9.       Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills

10.   Previous experience with Field Service Management Form, Feature and Functionality e.g., work orders, skills, resources, dispatch dashboard, scheduling, service appointments, territories & regions etc.

11.   Previous experience with Field Service Management Mobile App.

12.   Knowledge of Click Software Filed Services is a Plus
